EASTERN FESTIVAL 
OF MUSIC

Eastern Festival of Music is an outstanding educational experience for talented, dedicated, young artists between the ages of 14 and 24. Our faculty/musicians are teaching artists of the highest order - and our annual student population of 250+ is extraordinary.

Leonid Finkelshteyn has been the Principal Bassist of the EFM  since 1999. He really enjoys his summers in Greensboro, NC, where he performs in the Faculty Orchestra, plays chamber music, teaches a group of very talented students from around the world and doing Master Classes. The Festival accepts up to 16 Double Bass students to perform at two different Student Orchestras.
